Great looking on video. nice bed and pillows.Unfortunately can’t recommend.

where to start…1) Couldn’t find it. on Google maps it’s “sepia hotel” and the grab driver couldn’t find the address (2x we drove the wrong way) that was listed on booking (I copied and pasted the booking address into Grab)2) asked to hold onto our passport at checkin. highly suspicious3) wrong prices on the “menu” in our room. the bottle of wine was listed for 150,000 - which seemed too low. so I asked and it was 500,000. glad I checked.4) when we checked out they tried to charge us for a dirty towel - it was literally just some dirt (from our clothes from canyoning) I’m sure they could wash it out.5) they made a scene when we refused to pay for the towel6) overcharged us for potato chips (that were very stale by the way) - but I did pay this because we ate them. they charged 45k. listed at 30k on the menu.7) bugs crawled into the room at night under the door. big ones. they leave the door open to the hallwayphoto of menu below

The decor of hotel lives up to the expectations. It is truly a gem to find and experience. Checking in staff was helpful and professional and she was able to answer all questions and give supportive information. The room was amazing and comfortable.

The check out process was totally unacceptable. Were told they only accept bank transfers or cash and when we showed them the policies on booking.com they were dismissive. There was no apology for the misunderstanding and not a shred of services mindedness. Sadly this type of unacceptable service conduct will tarnish my expectations of returning to those place again.

over all the property was nice. you’ll definitely need to take taxis or get a motor bike as your quite a ways from city center. we knew this going into it so I have no problem there. No breakfast however it did say breakfast included when I booked.

I had no idea they made hotels this beautiful. It was clean, Safe and comfortable. The fine furnishings made me feel like living the millionaire life. A truly lovely place to stay in a beautiful town, i loved everything about my stay

interesting design (European baroque style) with lots of attention to the detail (furniture and accessories in the rooms).excellent view over the valley.

Room was very fancy. Beds very comfortable. Staff were polite (but not confident in English).

Hotel gives false information on Booking.com, including:1. Advertised view from room but room provided was on ground level and did NOT have a view (see photo). Same price!2. Advertised buffet breakfast but NO buffet breakfast. Not even a menu! Staff offered us egg and bread, or noodles, and coffee. Not even water provided! 3. Advertised as soundproof but noise from other guests in hallways can be heard loud and clear (door allows sound through). 4. Booked room for 4 adults but only 2 towels and 2 bottles of water provided in room.

Friendly staffs, beautiful view.The room was clean and comfort.The hotel is near the center and Xuan Huong Lake.The hotel is situated in a quiet street which is good for sleeping at night.
